Welcome to Kalami!
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Kalami platform, including our website at https://www.kalamitime.com, apps, integrations, and any related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using Kalami in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Who We Are
Kalami is a time and task management platform that helps you track tasks, block time on your calendar, and gain insights into your productivity. We offer integrations with tools like Slack, Google Calendar, Notion, and Linear, as well as intelligent features powered by OpenAI.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use Kalami. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately at support@kalamitime.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
You may not:
- Share your login with others
- Use another user's account
- Use the Service for unlawful or abusive purposes
4. Use of the Service
You agree to use Kalami in accordance with all applicable laws and our Acceptable Use Policy. You may not:
- Reverse-engineer or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
- Interfere with or disrupt the platform's integrity or performance
- Upload malware or other harmful code
- Use our Service to generate harmful, misleading, or unlawful content
5. AI Features
Certain features in Kalami are powered by OpenAI and other AI technologies. These include:
- Smart scheduling and time blocking
- Task insights and suggestions
- AI-generated summaries or productivity reports
By using these features, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Input data may be shared with third-party AI services (like OpenAI) for processing
- AI outputs may be imperfect or contain errors
- You remain responsible for reviewing and verifying AI-generated content
6. Integrations & Third-Party Services
Kalami may integrate with third-party services like Google Calendar, Apple Reminders, Notion, Linear, and Slack. Your use of these integrations is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the actions or data handling of these third-party providers.
7. Subscription & Payments
Some features of Kalami may be offered under a paid subscription. You agree to:
- Pay all applicable fees
- Provide accurate billing information
- Cancel your subscription if you no longer wish to be charged
Unless otherwise noted, subscriptions auto-renew and are billed on a monthly or annual basis. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings.
We do not offer refunds for partial periods or unused features unless required by law.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, code, branding, and design elements in Kalami are the intellectual property of Kalami or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without our express permission.
You retain ownership of your personal content (e.g. tasks, notes, calendar data), but you grant us a limited license to store and process that content solely to provide the Service.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to Kalami at any time:
- If you breach these Terms
- If required by law
- If we reasonably believe your use is harmful to others or the platform
You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your access will end, and your data may be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10. Disclaimers
Kalami is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties regarding:
- The accuracy or completeness of data or AI outputs
- The uptime or availability of the Service
- Fitness for a particular purpose
We are not liable for any damages resulting from:
- Use or inability to use Kalami
- AI-generated errors or scheduling decisions
- Loss of data or unauthorized access
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kalami and its affiliates shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Any loss of profits, data, or business
- Any amount exceeding the fees you've paid us in the past 12 months
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you via email or in-app. Continued use after changes become effective means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
